The Coloring Book of Cards and Envelopes: Nature, by Nosy Crow, illustrated by Rebecca Jones
Get creative with this amazingly innovative coloring book, full of beautifully-designed cards and envelopes to tear out and color.
I have a lot of coloring books, and I have loved this book and series since it released in 2016. The twenty four designs are perfect for all ages to decorate and send to family and friends. Not only do I use the cards, folded envelopes and stickers to send really cool snail-mail, as an author I have also given away as freebies and ALWAYS a hit. Highly recommend, great for gifts, great to encourage kids to write letters, thank you's, teacher notes, and so much more. With enough blank space inside for a message, envelopes to customize and stickers to seal your card – truly a creative package! Part of the set National Trust: The Coloring Book of Cards and Envelopes: Nature, published by Nosy Crow, Mar. 2016, $14.99, 9780763692452.

I Love My Hair: A Coloring Book of Braids, Coils, and Doodle Dos, by Andrea Pippins
I have a lot of coloring books, and I have loved this one by artist extraordinaire, Andrea Pippins, since it first came out in 2015! I still have so much fun coloring these pictures, I am revisiting to share as part of a coloring book roundup for National Coloring Day every Sept. 14, Find this book and images plus more coloring book favorites new and old at https://www.ink-a-dink.com. You can see some of my coloring pages finished, especially the spread for "Put Some Flowers In Your Hair." I also did one as a green mermaid with orange hair, and in the wig worn by Marie Antoinette, part of 2-page spread, portrait style, I used a fun, metallic, silver colored pencil to create different shades--though I can't share those pictures because one of my children took my copy along to college. Schwartz & Wade; Clr Csm edition (November 10, 2015), Ages 8+, $15.99, 9780399551222.
